Key responsibilities: - Reception duties including answering calls - Flight ticket booking, hotel reservation and stationery management - Purchase of office suppliers / stationery and make sure sufficient supply is available - Administer the sending and receiving of all company mails / parcels - Responsible for staff attendance registration and pretty cash - Perform other Admin.tasks as requested Requirements: - Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administration, previously similar experience in Multinational company is must - Good command of English and Mandarin - Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Good communication and presentation skills - Pleasant personality and good telephone manner We offer 5-day work, competitive salary and attractive fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
