- Provide strong leadership skill on product development, sourcing & production development, sourcing & production follow up to provide the best service and KPI. Able to give clear direction and guidance to subordinates
- Interface between Frances and the suppliers to manage & coordinate the whole merchandisers team efficiently
- Work closely to the Senior Manager - (Intimate wear) for fabric library and development process
- Training others in the team of your product and experience expertise

- Recap to Frances headquarters 2 times / per year, including suppliers scoring, development process and fitting issue. Exchange idea with the design and fitting to buyers
- Sourcing new suppliers
- Monitor the factories steadily to ensure they are compliance to production schedule and sample requests
- Product development, price and delivery negotiation
- Order follow up & quality management
- Supplier and Claim management

Requirements :

- Degree / Tertiary education
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- 5-8 years solid experience in product development, sourcing process and production technical (at least 5 years in management level) in high end fashion company
- Solid experience to ensure factory production process and well experience in European buying office is highly preferable
- With strong fashion sense and technical knowledge is expected
- Immediate available is preferable
