Key responsibilities : - Perform Accounting duties including issuing cheque, and accounts monthly report & tax calculation etc. - Assist Shipping team to follow up documents - Renew business license and prepare documents for annual inspection - Provide HR & Administration support including visitor greeting & incoming calls, conference room booking, courier arrangement, stationary, flight & hotel booking, staff attendance registration and prepare monthly report etc. Requirements : - University graduate in Accounting or related discipline - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounts and administration - Familiar with multinational environment is a must - Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin is a must. - High sensitivity to numbers, details minded, self-motivated - Ability in multi-tasking and meet deadline under pressure - Result-oriented, good time management and think out of the box ability - Good telephone manner & communication - Familiar with Ms. Office application e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Less experience will be considered as Clerk position We offer competitive compensation package include 5 days work, group medical insurance and rewarding career opportunities.
